What Do Our Estate Sale Services Include?
After our initial on-site consultation, we review together, discuss, and outline a written contract agreement that includes services, compensation, expectations, and any additional information specific to your needs and sale method.
Estate Sale Inventory
We will inventory all the items, sort, research, and organize all the items by photographing and documenting.
Estate Sale Staging
Displaying the items properly is key to getting good value. Buyers are eager to purchase items when they are clean and well displayed in their natural environment, our team will organize and stage the items in the home to attract the viewer’s attention and desire to purchase.
We want to get fair market value for the items, therefore we conduct research, talk to industry experts, examine historical value, while considering the items condition and current market value (what similar items have recently sold for).
As the client, you are allowed to submit a minimum price you’re willing to accept for any item in the home. If the price is not obtained, then the item is kept for you.
We begin marketing and advertising your sale immediately after the contract is signed, and continue during the sale. We extensively advertise and strategically target the most qualified buyers for your household items.
We use our list of shoppers which include hundreds of people, newspaper ads, online and off-line. We directly contact avid collectors of specific items. Our goal is to sell, and sell it at the highest value possible.
Post Estate Sale
Our work doesn’t stop after the sale is over. We offer complete estate sale services and solutions that begin long before the sale starts, until days after the estate sale ends. After sale arrangements are followed based on our contract agreement.
- Clean up and removal of all items left after the sale
- Owner can choose to keep the items left over
- Drop Off all unsold items to a local charity of your choice such Goodwill or the Salvation Army.
Any items not accepted by the charities will be taken to a legal City dump for disposal.
Our goal is to leave the house clean and presentable after the estate sale is over. The process can be as simple or detailed as you wish, and it’s all outlined in our contract agreement to meet your goals and schedule demands.
